We’re hosting FREE Kickstart with Kwalee event to connect with Hyper Casual devs in India

UPDATE 12/04/2021: Unfortunately, due to the developing COVID-19 situation and guidelines in Bengaluru, the Kickstart with Kwalee event will be postponed until a soon-to-be-confirmed date in May 2021. Registration for the free event remains open here and updated event details will be provided to all registrants as soon as they are available.

As many of you will be aware, we have a fast-growing team in Bengaluru that has quickly become a pivotal part of our successes in recent months.

We have never been in doubt about the amazing development talent that exists in and around Bengaluru – indeed, it’s the main reason we chose it as the location for our first studio outside Leamington Spa – and now we want to connect better with the independent game developers in the region to share our knowledge and explore possible collaborations.

That’s why we’re hosting our first ever ‘Kickstart with Kwalee’ event in Bengaluru in May 2021 to share specialist Hyper Casual knowledge and mentorship with attending developers. The one-day event will be completely free to attend and developers can register their interest here, although final attendance numbers will be limited to provide developers with the best possible access to our Hyper Casual gaming experts. Of course, the event will also be held in accordance with local COVID-19 guidelines.

With our various specialised departments prototyping and testing tens of Hyper Casual games each day, not to mention collaborating with countless independent developers from all around the world, Kickstart with Kwalee will be the perfect forum for us to reveal some of the secrets behind chart-topping games. 

If you’re selected to attend the inaugural Kickstart with Kwalee event, you’ll get targeted and practical input from the company’s experienced game designers, artists, publishing professionals and more. This knowledge will be imparted through focused presentations and 1-on-1 sessions to discuss the specifics of your own projects. Of course there will be plenty of room for food and socialising too!
