#kwalee101: We now have 101 vacant game jobs

It’s a sign of how quickly we’re growing here at Kwalee that we’re always looking to the next benchmark. When we hit half a billion downloads across all our games last November, our focus quickly shifted to hitting one billion. And now we’re hiring for 101 more game jobs, which will see us double in size. We’re calling this ‘kwalee101’.

These 101 game jobs are spread across Leamington Spa, Bangalore, Beijing and even remote, in the fields of programming, PC & console game publishing, data science, marketing and many more. Filling them all would immediately take us beyond 200 team members – all we need now is to find the right people!

We’re really proud of each and every one of our team members and we empower them to show their creativity every day. This trust in our team has powered the development of several chart-topping games and countless brilliant prototypes behind the scenes, with them rising to the challenge even throughout the many testing months of this global pandemic. 

We’re making it as easy as possible for new team members to join us remotely, whether that’s permanently or with a view to joining us on-site eventually, and we’re sticking to the key things that have got us this far: Creative Wednesdays giving any team member the opportunity to pitch their dream game ideas, a connected profit share scheme for which all staff are eligible that has now paid out £1.5 million, and regular team events – yes, even remotely!
